Ethisphere Institute Name 2015 World’s Most Ethical Company

Rockwell Collins has been recognised for the sixth year by Ethisphere Institute as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies.

Based upon the Ethisphere Institutes Ethics Quotient, a framework developed over many years of research, the World’s Most Ethical Company award recognises organisations that ‘have had a material impact on the way business is conducted by fostering a culture of ethics and transparency at every level’.

Rockwell Collins are delighted to be a sixth year honouree as Bob Perna, senior vice president of the General Counsel and Secretary at Rockwell Collins said, “We are proud to receive this award. Our employees work hard to deliver on our commitment of trust and integrity in all we do, which is critical to our business success”.

There are five categories involved in the scoring process:

• Ethics and compliance – 35%
• Culture of ethics – 20%
• Corporate citizenship and responsibility – 20%
• Governance – 15%
• Leadership, innovation and reputation – 10%
